Email Etiquette


How you present yourself by email is important. This may be the only impression an e-Learning professor or a business associate has of you. Think about the image your email presents. Does it create a professional image in the mind of the recipient? Does your email exhibit good writing: grammatically correct, concise, organized? Are you polite?
